Poor experience overall. They hadn’t realised I’d booked an appointment for some reason so there was a wait when I arrived. One of my nails didn’t cure properly, and unfortunately I didn’t realise until after I’d left.
When I went to pay, I was told initially there was a discount due to a promotion but then after someone else intervened, she went back on what she had said.
