I was left waiting for 15 minutes without an apology or excuse. The nail technician wasn't busy with a client, just doing something around the place. Nail colour was nice but the shellac started chipping two days after being applied. Also patchy in some places. He didn't cut my nails as I asked. Most of the time they're very professional.
