I got ombré nails, the cost was good which Is why I went there, overall I got what I asked for but a couple of things I didn’t like. 1. The guy used his own nail to push my cuticles back - no warm water and no tools used? I thought that was abit gross. 2. He used his finger to clean the little clear pot he put the powder in, also not ideal. 3. In general, the salon was dirty. 4. I asked for square nails but quickly changed my mind seeing how really square they were and asked to change to round or just make them square round or even cut shorter because I didn’t like the length and shape. He said “No, round nails not nice”. So he filed them down abit and said “see, shorter. Fine. Round nails not nice”. I didn’t feel I could push this anymore. Customer service pretty terrible, not friendly at all. As the paying customer, my opinion should be taken into consideration, despite the nail technicians opinion on round nails not being nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I had to pay another salon to re shape the nails and I prefer them so so much more!!

Nails look great again, however I had to wait 30 mins even if I had an appointment but that was no big deal

Venue wasn't clean, staff doesn't really speak English and venue us very small. Service itself wasn't bad, but cannot call is perfect as some nails with shellac were left with bubbles which were not fixed.
