Shellac is decent enough although it does start peeling at around a week- ten day mark. I don’t do anything without protecting gloves, my only sin is that I wash my hands a lot. Staff is pleasant but disorganised. In fact, this last appointment I was left to wait for one hour. One entire hour no one tended to me and I was left sitting there like an idiot with my shellac half removed. I don’t know if the appointments done through Treatwell don’t show on their system or what but that’s still no excuse. I’ve been a customer for three years, since they were operating from the other tiny location down the road. Yes, I’ve been 5 minutes late before but if I ever felt like I won’t make it I cancelled the appointment, never complained nor asked for a redo or refund. I was not given a reason for the one hour wait, just a “sorry” when leaving. The whole experience was stressful and ruined my evening. My time matters just as much as theirs, I was late to dinner with my in-laws. I hope this won’t happen again.
