Dirty, they never clean or change the towels between customers; doubt they clean the tools either since they’re always dusty and stained. Lucky I haven’t caught anything yet. They never seem to know about your appointment (especially if you pay in advance) so you’re kept waiting even if they’re not busy with another customer. Staff is often distracted (chatting and shouting at each other) resulting in uneven shellac that peels faster than normal polish. Not a pleasant experience, won’t be returning.
