I left feeling happy but noticed an air bubble in one of my nails - I did think this may disappear but it didn’t instead it lifted and was left with a very horrible looking thumb nail with only half covered with Biab. I went back a week later after trying to email and call with no response to be told they were too busy to git me in today to fix my one nail which I had paid 45£! If that was my business I would have stopped what I was doing to apologise and make time! Incredibly unprofessional
