I wasn't initially attended by Natasha but by another person, who did a poor job at filing my nails. Then another client popped in and I was rudely sent to sit to have the rest of the manicure done by Natasha - who refiled my nails and removed the cuticles (but wanted to cut my cuticles without asking). There was no available classic nail polish in the color I wanted despite the palette (they give you the palette but it's only for gel). I couldn't see if any of the tools have been disinfected.

I left with mud mask still all over my feet. The lady barely removed any dead skin from my feet and therefore my feet were just as dry as before I went to the appointment. Waste of money. Will not be returning.
