I made an appointment for 4pm and wasn't seen until nearly 4.30 after I pointed out that somebody had walked in at 4.15 and was seen straight way.
They had to do something different to take the gel off my nails as apparently it was hard gel (It had to be filed off rather that scraped off which didn't take any longer than I had observed in my 30 minute wait. I could have done it myself at home). This cost an extra £10 more and wasn't explained to me at the time. Bearing in mind the treatment that I had booked was £12 this meant that the whole treatment was nearly 100% more than I expected.
I didn't receive the cuticle treatment which was supposedly in the package I had booked so I left with dry and rough finger tips after the filing treatment. Also in other salons I have been to they put your hands under heat to set the nail varnish (not just gels) which they didn't do here. This meant that I couldn't do anything for 30 minutes and even after that damaged the nail varnish.
