It was great to be offered a cup of tea on arrival, though it would have been nice to be told that I would have to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time, as I could have run an errand instead of sitting inside waiting. The staff were polite and the treatement was gentle. They upgraded my treatement when I asked if they could, and also very kindly let me run out and get some cash to make up the difference! I did notice that the staff didn't change their gloves between clients, and that the soaking basins were dirty around the edges - this should be improved.
