The nail technician said my nails were short. There were not. I had not cut my nails before the visit and they were of a normal length.
While she was doing my cuticles she cut 3 of my fingers. Two days later, they are still sore and one has left a large scab.
When she cut my second finger on my right hand, it bled for the entire appointment. I was only given antiseptic after she had painted/finished.
Looking at my nails, they look incomplete at the sides and at the bottom of the nail.

Hate having to leave a bad review as my nails have always been great here but I’ve never been in so much pain and I’ve had a LOT of nail treatments before- one of my nails has been overfiled and is bright red, sore, sensitive and painful a week later, the pain was literally unbearable at the time (much more than it should be/that is standard for a removal) and even now my nail starts throbbing when I wash my hands or really do anything at all
