quite frankly disappointed. my friend was promised a design they could do, for them to not be able to do it in the shop. my nail tech paid little attention to me and the service as a whole was very underwhelming. extra charges weren’t advertised online causing false advertisement and being charged a lot more than planned.

It was a scam! their price list states that a gel manicure and pedicure are £25 each. after i finished they told me it cost £72. they falsely advertised and didn’t tell me that having tips would be extra, how this added up to an extra £22 i have no idea! i asked them to break down the price they blamed me for my mistake and refused to take responsibility. some other staff members were confused why it cost so much, i heard one of the workers saying a couple extra pounds won’t make a difference

Larissa was charming, helpful and did my toes beautifully. The only criticism I have is not being seen at the allocated time. For this not to happen I think longer time between customers is advisable.

My technician was lovely but the manicure just wasn’t properly finished. She didn’t properly finish filing and there was loads of leftover whisky bits at the end. I had to ask her to tidy up and she seemed surprised but even after that, I still had to file and clean up when I got home.
Saddest part though was they started chipping the next day 😞 4 are now chipped and I got them done 4 days ago! Such a shame as the cuticle care was lovely and that’s probably the redeeming factor
