I booked an appointment with my preferred nail tech in advance which the team were helpful with setting up however, when I arrived she said she was busy with another client and so I had to wait. I ended up having to go with another technician which was annoying.What’s the point in booking in advance if you can’t stick to the timings. I told my technician I was allergic to gel and she used rubber base coat and wiped it off once she realized. Cuticles were cut poorly just not that good for £50.
