I was kept waiting for over an hour after my appointment time with no explanation or apology. I would have happily gone out and enjoyed the sun for an hour but instead was left sitting in a hot and hectic salon. Was then passed around four different therapists - first three were great but clearly overbooked and rushing. The fourth was very sullen - didn’t say hello and didn’t even say anything when she nipped me with cuticle cutters and made my toe bleed. Really not a good experience
