If their scheduling system linked up to yours it would have been a LOT better. I booked, arrived, and they had no record of my booking from you. Especially poor as I had already paid and no refunds are available from you. Luckily for both of us we could arrange a time later in the evening. It would have been difficult had we not! The Shellac mani/pedi I received was professional and good. And when I broke my big toenail about 15 mins after leaving, they fixed it the next day for free. So, I recommend the salon,but not your system.
