Lovely looking salon, very clean and stylish. Staff can vary, some are cheerful and friendly, some seem quite moody as if it’s all a bit of an effort. That said, all my manicures here have been very good!

The new pedi chairs look great (I haven’t tried them so can’t say for sure) but sadly the plastic seats you sit on for manicures are deeply uncomfortable and hard.
Staff don’t chat which is ok I guess but would be fab if it felt more friendly. Also they got rid of the tv so when having a pedi you now stare at a neon sign?!? (It’s a cool sign but not for 30/45 mins of looking)
Ah well.
Great shellac mani, can’t moan about outcome, but not quite a 5* experience sadly. Wouldn’t take much to really turn that around though.
