Beautiful salon and ambience, great mani / pedi (although my therapist did cut me a few times), but seriously - the receptionist with the pink hair needs to go! Looks like she’s been sucking on a lemon because her face is always twisted into a grimace and she is constantly giving attitude. This is also confirmed by my friends who use the salon, and during my pedi I watched her with other customers and how she spoke to them. Nail’d It management needs to note that being received by someone like this when you first enter the salon is a real let down!

I had a lovely lady called Janet, she was super friendly and efficient and did my nails to a high standard!
Really hard to find a good place to get your Nails done in London. But this place is a little gem and I will definitely return.
