I booked to have my treatment with the manager. She filed my nails (very well and even checked to make sure they were suitable) and then handed me over to another lady. That lady had quite shaky hands and didn't seem experienced, but the quality of the gel manicure was still good in terms of painting neatly. However, she didn't finish off the edges of every nail - only 3, which was unusual. As a result about 4 nails chipped or peeled off within 2 days. Went back to my usual salon to fix..
