I normally go to the naild it on northcote road and my experience there is always great. Unfortunately there were no appointments at the northcote road salon that day so I went to the Clapham junction store. I had 3 different people do my nails and it was a really botched job. The first girl filed off the top layer of polish and placed acetone on my nails and left it on for a few minutes then the second girl tried to remove the polish which I could see wasn't ready to be removed and she only did about 3 of my nails before I was swapped again with the 3 girl who also struggled to remove the polish so just settled for filling away the polish instead of re-soaking with acetone, meaning my nails are now floppy and weak. Then the same girl started on my cuticles cut 2 of them. She shaped my nails at all different lengths and when she came to painting my nails she wasn't sure of what colour I had chosen (because I had been passed around 3 times already). I will not be going to this salon again and will wait for my usual place to have space
