Always great quality nails from naild'it. Makeover looks great in store and huge variety of colours. Every two weeks I'm back. Wouldn't change my nail place, I travel to come to this one .

My manicure was good and the lady did a great job shaping my nails - she was also lovely. It's only been a couple of days though and one of my nails is snagging. The staff member on the desk was very abrupt and not welcoming and the atmosphere seemed quite tense, no one was talking at all. They didn't have the first two colours I wanted for my nails, but the lady did let me try some others on which was good. Overall quite overpriced for not the best experience.

I love Nail'd it and usually go to the store in Oxford Street, but couldn't make it this time. I was really disappointed by the customer service. All the girls were pretty abrupt and rude and quite frankly looked like the didn't want to be there. The atmosphere was not an enjoyable one and I don't think I'd go back to that branch.

The quick pedicure was very thorough and the results look great. I thought the price of £27 was good, though the booking website said £30. The negative side was it was suppose to be a 30 minute treatment was actually over an hour. So not so quick and meant I couldn't fit it into an hour's lunch break. This wasn't communicated at the time and my therapist walked away to treat someone else (had limited English too). I feedback on the Twitter page with no response. I probably wouldn't go back only because of timings and lack of communication.
