The first sink wasn’t working properly so had to move after I settled in, although the technician was very apologetic. There was some confusion about the colour I wanted so I compromised on one close enough. The pedicure looked great but I got home and a gel fell off within an hour.
None of these were major but all together wasn’t good enough or value for money unfortunately.

I had a subpar experience with the technician before but this was worse.
I returned to have a gel toenail redone after it fell off an hour after I got home.
This was fixed but another fell off a few days later.
The next visit some of the gel was glued to my finger and wouldn’t come off. She tried to file it down with a nail file,then tried to pick it off with tweezers but cut into my skin. She was very apologetic but the shop didn’t offer to rectify the cost, pain or inconvenience. Not ok.
