Was late to be seated (after having booked an appt), left waiting with foil on my nails for over 25 minutes and when I was finally seen to, the member of staff did a rushed job, clearly under pressure to get me out of the door. Would be more understanding if they weren’t letting a stream of walk ins through the door. Nails look alright, won’t be returning. Not impressed at all. At least they apologised.
