I’m sure you’re reading this, so here’s another one-star review for you. The lady at the reception/cashier was incredibly unprofessional, bringing up my previous one-star review in front of other people. I have every right to leave an honest review for a service I’ve paid for, and you have no right to make me uncomfortable or hold it against me. If you can’t accept criticism, learn to handle it professionally instead of confronting customers. This experience has put me off ever returning.

I’ve been having lash lifts for over 10 years and this is potentially the best I’ve ever had. Sab had great attention to detail, and most importantly a dramatic but very natural looking lash lift! Can’t fault her or the treatment, highly recommend!
