When I arrived, I was spoken to abruptly and told to sit down and wait. I was then moved from one therapist to another, and they began speaking to each other in their own language in a way that made it seem as though they were frustrated by the situation. This gave me the impression that the clinic was quite disorganised.
I found it difficult to explain what I was looking for because the therapist’s English was quite limited. Everything felt very rushed, and I left feeling like it was a factory
