Slightly confused as I booked a builder gel manicure but for some reason this didn’t include a manicure? So they didn’t do my cuticles. They also were not able to do the nail art I wanted so after multiple attempts I had to just get french. The ladies were lovely and gave me a £5 discount for next time but was quite strange as I had paid for nail art that was more expensive than French anyways haha
