Had 11 o’clock appointment and the salon doors were locked from inside. Waited outside for 15 minutes and called several times and then left the place. Such an unprofessional service from the salon. Had to contact customer service for refund

I had a pedicure with nice lady called Mashrim, it was her first day at work and she was very good and took good care of my feet. Ignoring that l was sitting in my jacket through all the treatment, place was cold but bearable.

Good manicure and excellent waxing. I needed to wait around outside for the shop to open after they rearranged my appointment (due to an emergency) - it seemed like they had to find alternative staff - but they were very apologetic and did inform me of the change. Generally Nadine’s is a nice place
