I booked for a haircut online via Treatwell. The hairdresser didn’t turn up as they said they do not check online booking. I was thinking to give this salon a try but did not even get the first appointment done. It’s not a business worth trying or be trusted.

The experience was fine but the waxing is not satisfactory unfortunately. There is a lot of hair in one particular area that was jot removed and I am now away and will have to pay someone else to complete

Extremely unprofessional! I booked for myself and my partner and we never received our massages. Before the appointment I received a text messages saying as there was only one girl working they could only offer us back to back massages, not at the same time. I didn’t mind and said this was ok. Once we arrived at the salon I was told that they could not do our massages as the girl working was doing someone’s hair. They asked if we could come back the next day but we could not (we live in London)
