As always Naaz gave me an amazing massage. Felt like a new person. I wasn't able to come for 3 weeks due to illness and I certainly missed my treatments!!!

I booked a 'wet' long haircut, needing only a trim of my layers and fringe. Instead, the hairdresser removed my layers, leaving my hair misshapen. My fringe is uneven, with strands at different heights, and my hair is now frizzy and damaged. I doubt their qualifications; she seemed nervous and struggled with 'layers.' Also, 'wet' hair meant only a mist, not a proper wet cut. Would not recommend to anyone who values their hair.
