Really bad experience with Nazz beauty, she was not professional at all and the room was cold. The bed constantly moved and I constantly felt uneasy. She was rushing the job as she had another job to go to. She scratched and bruised my neck and when I tried contacting her she said it will go away in a few days. Really bad experience here and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone had to quickly dress up and leave the place. All felt rush paid £60 for a very poor service.

Naazia was genuinely lovely and very kind throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, I only wanted a very small trim and the result was far from what I expected. The scissors used did not feel professional and the haircut itself was very poor.
I feel the reviews here don’t fully reflect the reality of the service. I’m sure Naazia has many strengths, but hair cutting may not be her strongest area.
