I booked with n spa as they were offering a shellac manicure at a fantastic price. However, others should know that they do not use the CND branded products. Although this is not a bad thing, I was disappointed that the therapist did not use the 'solar oil' which in my view, is vital to condition the nail before and after treatment (people who say shellac can damage nails need to use this oil -it penetrates the nail bed and makes them grow).
Ewelina is a lovely lady and the salon is clean and professional. My only criticism is that the UV lamp was really hot...hotter than other lamps (CND approved) ones and my my skin was a bit red afterwards. My nails do look lovely and have lasted as long as other shellac manicures so I can't fault the service.
The price is good, the therapist listens to what you want and the end result is more than satisfactory. I would recommend to anyone who does not mind that their products aren't branded.

This place should be closed down purely for the absolute RUDE and very BAD customer service I received from the two staff members. I decided to treat myself with my recently purchased voucher at N Spa. After being not finding the location I contacted N Spa for directions on getting to the shop however I may as well not have as on the phone the staff member was unhelpful in assisting me to locate the shop. I was told on the phone, "well if you cannot find us there is nothing I can do!" I was so frustrated but continuesd to seach for the shop for another 20 minutes. on reaching the shop the body language from the 2 staff members was very cold, their face look like they were already not going to carry out my purchased deal one of them actually started shaking her head at me. Although my purchased vouchr consisted of sheklact manicure and pedicure the staff abruptly told me its one or the other, so basically I couldn't do both treatments because I couldn't find the location and under their policy there was no option to rebook my appointment because to them it will mean I cancelled at the last minute. It was either to have one treatment or none!
I explained it was not my fault that I couldn't find the place and not my intention or deliberate to be late, both staff were adamant that they could not do anything in addition they were very busy even though the 5 manicure chairs in the shop were all empty (no other customer except me in the shop) .
I walked out of the shop angry, frustrated and very disappointed, when I asked the staff for their manager's name, I was told "you have call in the morning and you can ask for her name".
I believe it was their own intention not to carry out the treatments that I had booked.
I would not recommend N Spa to my friends or anyone else, the staff unprofessionalism is disgusting and extremely unhelpful. I have used many other Spas, beauty shops however never experienced this kind of unpleasant attitude before! No one should go through what I went through! please do not commit yourself to visiting N Spa.
to make matters worse when I got home still frustrated the staff at N Spa marked my Voucher as USED (cheek).

This was honestly one of the nicest facials I've ever received. The staff were really friendly and affable and my therapist made sure I was comfortable at all times. She explained everything she was going to do, and my skin looked just glowing afterwards. Very happy and will definitely go back again.
