Very good - although I had to wait about 20 minutes for the beauty therapist to warm up the correct type of wax as this was not able to be specified when booking through Treatwell. I'd recommend calling the salon after making the booking online to specify the treatment you want.

Apart from Amy winehouse playing while I was getting a massage, it was pretty good. The pressure could be harder and the masseuse never asked if it was ok - which was a low point.

The manicure and pedicure were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The facial was ok, it was not the most relaxing experience and the extractions were extremely painful... My face looked red for almost week.

I have done a 1 hour Deep Cleansing Dermalogica Facials with Steam (including extractions). It was very nice and my skin is now really soft, so I am perfectly happy with the result. The neck massage was pleasant and the lady was friendly. Careful: because of the extractions, some red marks remain on the skin the day after (which is totally normal), don't plan anything the next day. :-p Good quality/price ratio, I would definitely recommend this place.

I always go to this gem of a salon having first being introduced through Treatwell. Couldn't recommend enough. Superb value for money!
