I have been to N/Spa on Northern End Parade, London, twice.
Unfortunately I had a really bad experience on Friday 26/09/14 and will never go back.
My shellac came off within 3 days, I called and spoke to the manager and I was given an appointment within a week. I had the Shellac originally on Friday 19/09/14.
Once at the Salon, she looked at my nails and accepted to fix my 6 nails out of 10, I asked that she should redo the other 4 nails as I could see the nail polish bubbling already, and didn't want to go back again for those to be fixed, I also offered to pay for it, she refused and told me that she changed her mind and that she won't fix my shellac at all.
I said that I would leave and never go back, she said that she didn't care and told me that she didn't need clients like me anyway!
There was nobody to complain to as she was the manager as well as the owner.
I find this very sad! I left without having my shellac done.
What puzzled me more was that the salon was empty... On that Friday afternoon! And still she wouldn't correct my Shellac!
The owner was rude and unprofessional, it was the worst customer service ever!
Top notch. Was very quick (under 15 minutes) and relatively painless and she got all of the hairs, which so many other waxers leave strays. My only criticism is that they should provide you with baby wipes to freshen up with before and clean yourself up with afterwards. But I wouldn't hesitate to return!

A wonderful friendly salon. Both the manicure were spot on and I was given a personal recommendation with regards to aftercare for my nails.
Will definitely go back!
