My several experiences regarding the waxing with several members of staff was ok, however some staffs need to learn how to talk to the customer and how to treat them well. I found as well not respectful the fact that some staff talk another language than English in front of customers so you just think : "what's going on here ?" and mainly when the customer is involved in the conversation. As a professional it's very important to maintain the English language : question of respect first !!!!!!Furthermore, when a member of staff talks about an offer or a price there is no need to become angry or show a lack of patience, the job is to explain and to maintain a good communication toward the customer if you want to keep the person as a "customer", at the end of the day I'm spending my money ...If some staff don't like the interaction with customer then I think this is not the right job for them.. That is the reason why I will not come back anymore in Claudia's beauty and I will encourage everyone around me to not come also.
