Claudia did a great job. She was running a little late due to closure of the station but we live in London, it's normal. Just a quick note to others who read the reviews, there is no scaffolding above the shop any more. Service was amazing, and I will definitely be coming back

Salon was very small which wouldn't the an issue if the place was clean. Brushes and combs were passed across and the same ones used on different customers. They weren't sterilised. Staff were pleasant but didn't appear trained well. I went in for a half head of highlights but they only did the T section I don't know why. It was very sad.
