I came in to have my coloured for the first time. I chose a colour given by the colour chart but once I had my hair done, it was at least 4 shades lighter than intended! The hairdressers constantly spoke in their language - obviously stressed with the hair colour on my hair and when asked, 'what's going on with MY hair?', she responds, 'you're at the hairdressers, don't worry'. Yet she continued to be stressed out. I will certainly not be returning nor recommending this to ANYONE - in actuality I will be letting people know just how bad this place is. Clearly unprofessional and really don't know how to colour hair.
