I booked an appointment by Groupon and I am so glad I did it. Christina was amazing, such a super nice lady and she fixed "the impossible" as I had accidentally put a wrong coloured mask and it ruined my pearl blonde hair, but Christina just put some highlights, she had really good ideas for my hair and she even toned it for free, but there was a surcharge of 10 GBP as my hair is super long and I have hair extensions, and she brought me a glass of cold water as it was boiling in there, which was super nice. Could definitely recommend her, and I am the most difficult client in the whole world.
