This was my first time getting treating at this shop. The staff was friendly throughout the entire time. Would like to say Cornelia was excellent. Made me feel relaxed the entire time.Would definitely recommended you to go.

This is one of the best Hollywood waxes I have had done. In my experience other places tend to miss out patches, but Claudia is very thorough and pays attention to detail. The quality of the hot wax was very good. I will definitely be coming here again! Thanks Claudia!

Very disappointed with my haircut. Stylist seemed very inexperienced (she struggled to cut a simple bob, with a poor shape) and said herself that she hadn't had a break since she started her shift. Haircut was so poor that I had to go to another hairdresser to get it fixed! Manager was also nowhere to be seen to speak to with this inexperienced stylist being left in the salon. Will not be returning again.
