Unfortnately at my appt the hair was too short for waxing but they went to much trouble booking in at closing time to make sure i got my wax before my holiday!

My experience with Claudia has been really positive. The venue wasn't brand new, but for sure cleaned and decent for the treatment I have purchased, a Hollywood wax. Claudia has been professional, painless and really sociable. Definitely a great dervice for such a low price!!
Functional treatment room, not fancy but clean and does the job. Very good wax, fast and great value.
The location is easy to reach but not really attractive.
The lady didn't speak English at all and I found very hard to communicate with her.
The waxing session was really painful and I don't think that the therapist did a great job (I still have lots of stray hairs!)
The best thing was the price, so cheap!
As with the other reviews, don't expect a 5 star spa. Facilities etc are a little on the primitive looking side but more then adequate. The beautician did not speak any English, but my waxing session was very good, the least painful I have ever experienced and hardly any irritation afterwards which is very rare for me. The beautician went over patches missed that I pointed out, this was not a problem. I would highly recommend for value for money and attention to detail and the least pain I have experienced. I had top legs waxed, Brazilian and underarms. I have noticed some stray hairs today, next time I will check better.
