I can not fault the colour, the cut or the blow dry all fantastic. The salon had a small problem with there water pressure but nothing to awful it was still a pleasurable experience & the overall outcome of my hair was very pleasing.

Basic wash and haircut. Claudia was more than accommodating when I had known reschedule my appointment very last minute. Will go back for a trim but probably not for a style haircut.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and I will definitely come back. The location is very convenient, next to a tube station and several bus stops.
The venue is simple and correct and the facilities are clean.
The staff was also correct, clean, and polite and I am really happy with my eyebrows threading.
The threading was great as usual, not painful and quick. The result is amazing, lovely eyebrows shape. The venue is very convenient and the value for money is great! I will go back again.

It was my second visit and much better than my first. The new therapist was lovely and chatty throughout the session, waxing was quick and sometimes fairly painful but it was ok as she was trying to destruct me with talking. She used tweezers at the end to pick up left over hairs. Good value for the money you pay. While on the other hand, the therapist I got on my first visit didn't speak a single word in English and she Hollywooded me despite my order was Brazilian. Waxing was very painful and she left lots of left over and ingrown hair.
