I had a voucher for am under arm and Brazilian wax. it was very easy to book an appointment and I was sent a handy reminder text the day before my appointment.
I turned up an hour early for my appointment and was pleased to be seen straight away. I was led downstairs to the treatment room and was greeted by Michaela- who was going to carry out my treatments. She was friendly and put me at total ease-the Brazilian is quite an intimate treatment...I thought Michaela was very professional and swift, thus reducing any real 'pain'.
I was very pleased with the job she did and would definitely go back to have a the same again.
This appointment was great! Good value! I was really happy with the result and she kept asking if I was happy. In the end she gave me some advise about what to do and what not to do with my hair.

The salon itself was relatively no frill. But the staff was very friendly and efficient despite the fact I arrived earlier. I was in and out the door with two treatments in under 20 minutes.

2nd time back at Claudia's Hair and Beauty and i will keep going back, its the only place i feel comfortable talking to the therapist whilst i'm in all sorts of waxing positions!, they are professional, do a brilliant job always and very lovely people. Would always recommend.

Easy to find the venue which looks pretty average on the outside (and inside). Overall treatment was fast and I experienced no problems. Lady was very nice and would go again.
