The salon could do with a bit of a make over but the therapist was lovely. The job she did on my nails was faultless. She took her time and they've never been so neat.

The salon does not look like much from outside but as soon as I entered, I was greeted by lots of friendly people. I was early for my appointment but they managed to accommodate me. The waxing rooms are downstairs and very clean. Michela was fast and professional and kept me chatting when I was in pain. The hot wax means the whole process is over very quickly and I find it leaves a better finish than strip wax. I'd definitely recommend this place and have even bought another voucher for the same treatment in the future.

I'm about 7 weeks pregnant, and hypersensitive and purchased a voucher for a full body wax at Claudia's. I thought I was crazy for doing this, but I had too! Pregnancy makes body hair grow faster, and I started to look like a bear. Valeria was my aesthetician. She was absolutely lovely! She tried to make the experience as painless as possible. She was very professional and empathetic, and made me feel so comfortable. I finally feel very clean, and well groomed and that's thanks to Valeria. I'm very glad I went to Claudia's. I will return !
