My experience at Claudia's was okay - the therapist was lovely, the location was quite handy but the salon was so-so. It was a strip wax which was quite painful especially afterwards, but for £12 including an underarm wax I cannot complain!

The staff was very good. However, it does not make it clear on Treatwell that this deal was for a mini mani and pedi. So I was expecting to get my feet and hands soaked at least. But there was none of that. Just a cuticle trim and filing. The deal description should be better in order not to mislead customers.

The waxing was great. The therapist (Michaela) made me feel very comfortable and offered additional services. She was fantastic and is the reason I will be returning. Location is convenient as well.

I had a hollywood waxing with Valeria, an adorable Italian girl, whom was very nice, gentle and did a great job !
The place is not a palace, but frankly, for what I paid, I was more than satisfied.
I already purchased my next voucher and recommended it to all my friends !
