Valeria was lovely. Very quick and professional! No one enjoys a hollywood wax it was one of the fastest I have had, plus very thorough. The salon is nothing special and it is a bit out of my way but for the price I would definitely go back at that price and service. I was having a nightmare day and running late but they were happy to push back my appointment without any fuss.

Wash and conditioning was done thoroughly. At the time there was some other customers so conditioning was left on a bit longer. Did not affect much of the service. Haircut was done very carefully and the stylist knew exactly what I wanted so it was very satisfying experience.

The beautician is professional, polite and friendly, venue is clean and welcoming. The whole treatment went down well and fast, no painful feelings at all. Definitely worth more visits for waxing treatments.

The hair stylist completely understood what I wanted (which is unusual as they normally never do!) and coloured my hair perfectly. She didn't over charge me for the extras I requested so overall it was good value. It did take a long time as they were very busy and squeezing other people in, so I had to wait a while between colouring and cutting, but they put a treatment on my hair while I waited which was great. Despite being busy, I really felt like they wanted to make sure I had a good experience. I will definitely be going back for my next colour.
