It was exactly what I was expecting for a 10 GBP waxing: got it alllllll removed and I was quite happy with the result. The store is out of the way but they are busy, and well-lit. Cleanliness could be improved especially on the stairs.

The salon is tiny and not particularly glamorous but it is also not intimidating. The staff are lovely and friendly and make you feel very at home there. My highlights and colour were done brilliantly - I'm extremely happy with them. The cut was also just what I wanted. I would definitely go back.

I have booked wash, cut & blow dry that alltogether was supposed to take 60 mins. Just after I arrived a new client dropped in who turned out to have an appointment at the same time with me, however there was only one hairdresser. So I was dealt with very fast and furious (22 mins in total!) having my hair pulled out painfully though I mentioned I have a bad hairloss when not dealt with gently.
