My hairdresser was late! when she did eventually start doing my hair, she was so rough and really really hurt my head/scalp, every 5-10 mins she was checking her mobile phone which I found extremely rude. She looked like she was hating the place she works in and nearly looked depressed. and it showed in her work. everything was rushed, my colour was ugly and nothing like the colour they told me it was going to look like. when she was washing my hair, it felt like shes just hitting my head around the sink, never had someone wash my hair so roughly, splashing water all over my face and clothes. cut was HORRENDOUS, i asked for my fringe to be trimmed, it is now in a zig zag so uneven, really badly done. the owner at the shop was nice and welcoming and quite understanding, offered a beverage but Linda..., I do not recommend at all for hair colouring, so disappointed. Will not return. Although the rest of the staff seamed lovely and all the people getting a wax seemed very pleased!

This place was fantastic - quite a functional salon, so not ritzy but clean and decent; the girl who did the waxing (Mihaela) was really lovely and very thorough, but most of all very quick. This was was top value and I will definitely go back - they have a pre-pay voucher you can buy on the day to make sure you get your next wax at the same price. It is super good value (I had a hollywood and a full leg for £20!!!!) and a good experience as the staff are all friendly and welcoming.
