I like the fact that the waxing package is quite cheap. I enjoyed the experience in this beauty salon, as the staff waxed me very quickly (approximately 20 mins for hollywood+full legs+underarm), she (Michaela) was very friendly and talkative.

I regret to say that I wasn't very impressed with the salon. I suppose for the price I paid for the cut and wash (£20) I shouldn't complain but actually the staff made me feel that I only paid £20 and therefore should not expect miracles. The girl who cut my hair took maybe only 10mins to do do so without much interaction and blow dried my fringe on a huge brush making me look like I had a shelf sticking out of my forehead. Then she just handed over the drier to another girl and left for a smoke and never came back. The other girl was pleasant enough but when I asked her to straighten my fringe because it looked ridiculous she only said that it will go in my eyes if she does it... I guess it didn't occur to anyone that perhaps it needs to be cut a little more instead. As a result I left the salon and actually used hair grip to pull up my fringe and went home to style it, which defeats the whole purpose of getting a cut and blowdry. Sorry to say this but I was not impressed.

The staff at this parlour are very hospitable. However, my manicure and pedicure treatment of 1.5 hours went to 4 hours as the nail paint had to be done twice because of the nail paint being old.

The experience as a whole is ok. From outside the shop looks really shabby but when you enter it is acceptable and clean. The waxing is fine but not really thorough. Good for the price.
