I booked to have an eyebrow thread. The treatment was not too painful and the shape was great. I was seen to straight away and the beautician was friendly and professional. I have had other beauty treatments done in this salon before and I definitely recommend it for anybody looking to get a great beauty treatment at a good price.

The person that did the bookings got the order wrong and i had to wait an extra 20 minutes, a bit unprofessional.
There was some hair left over that she didn't wax however, she was very lovely and if i ever were to go back, I would love to have her do me again. I would like if she spoke a little more, the silence during a wax is very awkward. She did have a different waxes she used based on their effectiveness and seemed to know what she was doing.
I would come back but only if I was paying Treatwell prices. Their price list in-store shows this same treatment would cost over £40 :/

Salon is easy to find. Quite small and very typical of your local salon. Service was friendly. Had to wait about ten minutes after arrival. Not a problem. The wash was ok. Water was on hot side but I could tolerate that. The cut it self I'm sure I could get the same standard for less. Received a standard trim when I wanted weight taken off. Layering was dated. I was rather underwhelmed. Will be sure to go back to Michael Barnes, Shaftesbury avenue in future.
