The venue was not as I had imagined. Just 2 minutes walk from edgeware road station its very easy to find. On the upper floor is a hair salon. The waxing takes place at basement level down a flight of stairs in treatment rooms. The rooms are very basic and the beds a bit uncomfortable but the staff make it worth compromising on those things. I booked for a Hollywood and it's usually fairly uncomfortable and painful. But Claudia did her best to help me relax. She was efficient in removing the hair however my one suggestion would be all clients are asked if they are happy all the hairs have been removed as I got home and discovered some strays. Otherwise a no frills setting with great staff

I have just had a colour and highlights done and it is the most horrendous job I've ever had: the highlights look as if they had been splashed on the top of my head and they are a garish shade of orange, even though I spent a lot of time - and showed pictures - of the shade I wanted. AND it was not cheap either. I would not recommend or wish this to anyone.
I go here every time for my regular wax and the value is amazing. Mihaela does a great job, is friendly and quick. This has become my regular spot because the price and quality are truly fabulous!

The waxing is done in a room in the basement, which is very clean and good for privacy. All other services are offered upstairs. The treatment was done quickly (10 mins) and didn't hurt at all. The staff are very talkative and friendly, and the waxing was to a high standard. Although the venue is small, the services offered are fantastic!
