The waxing is done in a room in the basement, which is very clean and good for privacy. All other services are offered upstairs. The treatment was done quickly (10 mins) and didn't hurt at all. The staff are very talkative and friendly, and the waxing was to a high standard. Although the venue is small, the services offered are fantastic!

this is the third time I return to Claudia's salon to get my waxing done, because the staff is polite, professional and punctual. the price of their waxing treatments is a bargain- I have never found a better deal for half leg, hollywood and underarms wax in central London. What is really nice about this salon, is that they take the time to get to know their clients and they remember you, which makes going back all the more enjoyable.

Great value for money but I wish they would 'finish' my hair! I like to walk out of a salon looking like my hair has been done. I'd happily pay a bit more for this.
