Waxing was done swiftly and professionally, however, the general feel of the store is not welcoming and the staff don't even bother engaging in polite conversation. Also, they only take card and will charge extra for things without telling you (it was apparently in the fine print). During my hair treatment, I didn't get part of my treatment done which I'd paid for and my hairdresser seemed not to care less. Good for quick and cheap treatments but don't expect anything great

Salon needs a bit of a clean and a little too heavy on the hair styling which left my hair smelling burnt but great cut and lovely stylist. Will definitely be going back!
