I went to get my roots highlighted today. I've had blonde highlights for 10 years now. My scalp felt like it was burning from the peroxide and I had a headache afterwards. When I left the hair dresser, I no longer had blonde hair but grey, silver, blue hair. My friends who saw me said my hair isn't blonde anymore and I should complain and ask for them to make it blonde again.. I'm so so upset!!

Waxing was done swiftly and professionally, however, the general feel of the store is not welcoming and the staff don't even bother engaging in polite conversation. Also, they only take card and will charge extra for things without telling you (it was apparently in the fine print). During my hair treatment, I didn't get part of my treatment done which I'd paid for and my hairdresser seemed not to care less. Good for quick and cheap treatments but don't expect anything great
