i arrived ten minutes late but the lady was so nice. she made me feel very comfortable, especially as it was my first time. i got a hollywood and under arm wax done. it was only a bit painful a few seconds after waxing but othewise okay after. she gave advice on how to look after my skin and was just very professional and friendly. will go again.
