The venue itself is a bit run down and not overly clean. However, I'm more interested in how well someone cuts my hair and the value for money, which in this case was really good. I was a bit surprised that the hairdresser asked how I'd like my hair cut after she'd washed it - I would have thought this would be easier to do beforehand? But actually she did an excellent job and did exactly what I had requested. For £15 it was very good value.

Claudia herself, made a fantastic team. everyone is really helpful and tries to make you happy. during the treatments it is easy to communicate to the about anything you like and by the end you forget about the pain and timing.
Also, Claudia does the best eyebrow threading.
Really nice, clean salon with friendly staff. Some of the girls are better (pain free) waxers, though all are very professional and thorough. Not a very fancy place, but extremely good experience for the value, with special deals for regular customers

I had a Hollywood and underarm wax. The Hollywood was very good, some sections could have been cleaner but overall it was fine. However, the underarm harshly burned my skin and it is now peeling and in pain. It may be worth specifying for them to make sure the wax is not too hot as it was in my case.

I have adopted this venue as my regular hairdresser, staff are always friendly and have a smile ready for you with a good laugh to brighten the day, I enjoy knowing that I can be confident in the skills of the staff in the salon as well.
